PROBLEM AFFECTING SOME MEMBERSHIPS CREATED ON 5-12-08 & 5-13-08:
5/14/08 Notice: There was a problem with the database causing a loss of a number of memberships created on 5-12-08 and 5-13-08. If you have trouble logging in, it is possible your account was deleted due to this issue. Instructions on how to verify account deletion can be found on the Contact Us page in the Help tab. We have fixed the problem, and everything should be working correctly now. Unfortunately, if your account has been deleted, the only option is to create a new one. Sorry for the inconvenience, and we will work hard to make sure this type of problem is not repeated!
